TZ 50 '90-'91

 

Look what we found in the ‘ole shoebox. Could be Hopper’s very first real race bike? Like many other racers in that era John Hopkins started on small two stroke bikes. Airtech helped him out when he was just getting started (hence the patch on the leathers, can’t see the fairing decals from this angle), hell he may have slept on our couch. Oh, how time flies…

There were only a handful of these bikes brought into the country to be used as mini-racers. Rare? Uh-huh. But if you are looking for a replacement fairing for one of these little TZs, you gotta turn somewhere. Airtech has exactly what you are looking for!

This stuff will also fit many other narrow two stroke bikes with full size wheels like Yamaha TZR50 (of course), also RD50, RD80, Kawasaki AR50 and AR80. Not suitable for small wheel bikes like YSR50, NSR50 etc.

Our fiberglass bodywork is made for strength, fit, and performance. Because we use original molds, surface details may not look perfect out of the box.

Each part is unfinished — you’ll need to drill, trim, and paint to make it your own.
