SUZUKI GT750 1972-'78

Kettle, Water Buffalo, Wasserbueffel, call it what you want… The GT750 was Suzuki’s watercooled two stroke tour de force. Launched in ’72 as an alternative to Honda’s CB750 and Kawasaki’s three cylinder rocket ships, it quickly became apparent that it couldn’t really compete with either in outright performance, but it won many people over with it’s smooth power delivery and road manners. However, do not underestimate the potential of a tuned GT750 motor, in race trim it won championships in the hands of none other than Barry Sheene.

It also makes a pretty damn good cafe racer. With a curb weight of 524lbs the Suzuki GT750 needs putting on a serious diet and our parts will go a long way to assist in that department, not to mention they look damn sexy!

We’ve got a mold for the infamous Reimo style of fuel tank and a TR750 seat.

The bike on the left belongs to dutchman Ron Moolenaar, who’s owned this genuine cafe racer with the original Reimo tank for over 30 years.
