R1100 R '98-'04

We made some tasty stuff for the R1100 R, and we think it should fit the 1150 and 1200 versions as well.

It was almost ten years ago, that Airtech's head designer Kent Riches grabbed a stock R90 S fairing and modified it to fit the 1100R. He modified the handlebar area and raised the back of the windshield up, to clear the tall handlebars. It's even got a scribe line where you can notch it to clear the master cylinder. See how clean this looks once mounted and painted? What are you waiting for?

This fairing will not fit the older (pre-'98) model R1100 without modifications. The headlight on that model is smaller (7") and not easily changed since the headlight mounting ears are connected to the instrument cluster. The turn signals would also have to be spaced outward or changed for ones with longer stalks.

This fairing can also be fit onto the R1200R with some trimming and a couple of simple brackets, as shown on this bike from a Belgium customer above. Thanks Ludo!
