HONDA RC30 1989-90

The RC 30 is certainly an exotic bike. It was the superbike of its day. When American Honda was getting ready to bring their new bike to the track, Race Director Ray Plum came straight to AirTECH. We make a stock upper fairing complete with headlight holes. Then we made competition version of the same piece that has the light and signal holes filled in for a smooth race look. The lower also comes in two different forms, one with the stock vents and holes in place, and another modified by filling in all the holes. Kind of like cheese, huh? With holes or without. We make a one piece race seat with a dummy tail light in it. (And any dummy can cut the tail light out and use the same tail section on the street.) This is the bodywork you want if you are replacing damaged parts, saving your expensive stock panels, or just trying to lighten and customized your RC.

Can't afford a real RC30 (few of us can) but have the skills to tackle a conversion project? A crafty guy can make RC30 bodywork fit onto a VFR750 and build a road or race replica!

The fairings will fit with modified or custom brackets and the tail will fit on a modified subframe.

Our fiberglass bodywork is made for strength, fit, and performance. Because we use original molds, surface details may not look perfect out of the box.

Each part is unfinished — you’ll need to drill, trim, and paint to make it your own.
